All deposits and payments are 100% refundable.  As space on the NewSpring Church Israel Tour becomes available you will be contacted by PREMIER's reservations department to transfer this Stand-by Reservation to a confirmed reservation.  You will have an active spot on the tour when your reservation is transferred to a confirmed reservation.  If no reservation on the NewSpring Church Israel Tour is confirmed you will receive a 100% refund.
